Article 2: Modification

Ecomail SRL reserves the right, at any time and at any place, to modify, adapt, complete or delete these conditions of use. The user is therefore invited to consult them regularly.

Article 3: Description of services

This site offers users a description of the range of products offered for sale under the TeraHerba (BE) brand. The products cannot be bought online, they are exclusively available in supermarkets.

Do-it-yourself cosmetic recipes are also available to users.

Finally, the site allows potential partners to get in touch with the TeraHerba team.

Article 4: Intellectual property

The present site as well as its texts, drawings, photos, illustrations, possible films, data, databases, software, domain names, logos, computer codes and any other element appearing on it are protected by intellectual property rights. Any copy, adaptation, translation, arrangement and/or modification, in whole or in part, in any form and by any means – electronic, mechanical or otherwise – is strictly forbidden, except with the prior written consent of Ecomail SRL. The use of our site and its components is authorised solely for information purposes and for personal and private use. Any breach of this clause may result in civil, commercial and/or criminal proceedings.

Article 11: Applicable law

Except in the event of a mandatory provision or public order provision to the contrary that supersedes this clause, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute between the parties concerning the present agreement. The applicable law is Belgian law.

The parties accept, within the framework of their relations, the electronic means of proof (e.g.: email, computer backups, etc.).
